Houston's elevator company, owned and operated by people who actually work on elevators.
We built Arise Elevators to do one thing well: give property managers and building owners in southeast Texas the service experience they used to get from the majors — before the majors got too big.
20+ years in Houston shafts, machine rooms, and pits.
Arise Elevators is based at 10924 Grant Rd in Houston, Texas. Our team has spent two decades in the trade — factory-trained on Schindler, Dover, Westinghouse, and Thyssen equipment, and certified to work on the rest. Before starting Arise, we worked for the same major service companies that property managers complain about today.
We kept hearing the same thing from building owners: it was getting harder to reach a real person, harder to get a straight answer on pricing, and harder to get a technician on site when an elevator was down. The service they signed up for wasn't the service they were getting. So we left, and we built Arise.
How we're different
We give you a straight answer on pricing — no two-week back-and-forth. We answer the phone — and if you're a Premium customer, you get a callback within 15 minutes, 24/7, from a real technician. We price-match any written quote from a licensed competitor for comparable service. And if there's ever a problem, the owner of the company is the person you escalate to.
We're small enough to stay accountable, and experienced enough that we've seen most of what's in your hoistway before.
Who we serve
Property managers, building owners, apartment communities, senior housing, medical offices, hotels, and commercial operators across the Houston metro. If you run a building with vertical transportation, we can help.
Going with a local company shouldn't feel like a tradeoff. You shouldn't have to give up response time, technical depth, or coverage just because you picked someone with a Houston address instead of a national one. That's what Arise is — the technical depth of a major, run like a local shop.
